How can I purcase tickets for a show through "TICKETMI" ticket service?
Only reservations made through the web site are accepted. To make a reservation on our web site you have to choose a show, a date and then you have to fill all the following forms with the requested data.

How can I reserve tickets for more than one show?
In order to submit multiple reservations you have to complete an ordinary reservation for one of the shows. At the end of the application you will be able to submit the reservation requests for the other shows you wish to attend. Shipping cost will be added only to the first reservation.

How can I pay my tickets through "TICKETMI" ticket service?
Only credit card payments or bank transfer orders are accepted. If you choose credit card payment on the statement of your credit card account you will be able to verify the debit of the transaction made by: Cosi s.r.l. Viale Fulvio Testi, 223 - 20162 Milan (Italy).

How can I verify availability for tickets through "TICKETMI" ticket service?
After having chosen a date you will find a page with all kind of tickets. If you can't see a red triangle  on the row of the tickets you are interested in, it means thet they are available.

Is it possible to choose the position (row /seat number) through "TICKETMI" ticket service?
Numbered seats are always assigned on the basis of the "best seat" available at the reservation time. If you wish to choose your seats, please call us at +39 02.67.00.288

How can I verify if a reservation request has been properly made?
After you have given your credit card data the system shows a page with a message for the application outcome and the univocal reservation code. In any case, the system sends an e-mail to check the payment of your reservation.
We invite you to controll the e-mail and to verify if the payment was authorized.

How does a ticket purchase operation end?
After having properly made e reservation request and having received the reminder e-mail, in 5 working days you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you have chosen numbered seats on the confirmation e-mail are reported the row and the seats numbers. You can't ask for changing row and seats numbers after receving the confirmation e-mail.

How can I collect my tickets purchased through "www.ticketmi.com" ticket service?
- If you have chosen home delivery, your tickets will be delivered by mail or by courier to address that you indicated when you have made reservation.
- If you have chosen to collect them at our store, you can present from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 18.30 pm at TICKETMI provided with confirmation email (you must have a delegation in the event there is a different person from holder of the reservation). In the email confirmation we will send you, you will find the exact address of our store.
- However, if you have chosen the pick up the tickets at the main tickets office in Verona the day of the show, in confirmation email will be send, you will find the exact address where you can pick the tickets.
Warning! Only if you are in possession of confirmation email, tickets you will be given to you.

Is it possible to change the quantity of the tickets reserved through "TICKETMI" ticket service?
It is not possible to change the quantity of the tickets reserved.

What happens in case of bad weather ?
In the case of bad weather the performance will never be cancelled before the expected time of commencement.
If the show is canceled, and would include a refund will be refunded only the cost of the ticket.
The shipping and handling fee, will not be refunded.

For the Lyric performances in the Arena of Verona
If the weather conditions do not permit the regular execution of the performance, the Fondazione Arena reserves the right to delay the start of the opera for up to 150 minutes after the foreseen starting time, before deciding and communicating a possible cancellation of the performance.
Tickets will be refunded according to the following conditions: if the performance is cancelled before it has begun. If the performance is interrupted after it has begun, any right to a refund of the ticket will be lost.
In order to obtain a refund, tickets have to be handed into the Main Ticket Office of the Fondazione Arena as soon as the performance is cancelled, (i.e. on the same evening) or on the following day. Otherwise tickets will be refunded if they are mailed within 10 days of the cancelled event to the Head Office of the Arena di Verona Foundation at the following address:
