Born as a joke more than thirty years ago, the professional dancers of the Trocks - as they are fondly called - shared the stage in a tutu and pointe shoes parody of quirks and foibles of classical ballet. Since the beginning of the Trocks assert themselves all over the world as a new phenomenon in the dance and participate in numerous festivals around the world, including: Bodrun (Turkey) San Luis Potosi (Mexico), Madrid, Montreal, New York, Paris , Spoleto, Turin and Vienna. The Company has performed in over 30 countries and 500 cities around the world since its founding in 1974, winning numerous awards such as the Critic's Circle National Dance Awards (2007) and Theatrical Managers Award (2006) Armed with stunning irony in building the "masculine" the great classical repertoire of songs reserved for divas and female corps de ballet, the Trocks are fun, with their keen sense of philological knowledge of theater and ballet proposed.
